The Plan-1211 Alastor is the world's first miniature, fully functional AS.
Development[]
There isn't much information regarding Alastor development, its known to be a design that Leonard Testarossa made himself for a highly compact ground combat unit that could be deployed and used as anti personal and anti materiel.
With the development of more sophisticated AIs, there was a clear case for designing weaponry around it, Leonard decided to take it a step further and created a more powerful AI than the ones present in the AS and thus with the miniaturization of the certain parts, specifically the reactor, Alastor was created.
Its highly mobile, invulnerable to most small caliber firearms, equipped with machine guns attached to its wrists, all in all its an infantryman nightmare.
Operational History[]
The numbers of units are produced are unknown but it was clearly mass produced, more than 40 units engaged against Mithril forces.
Notable deployments are: Pacific Crisalys Incident and Tokyo battle.
Its highly successful against soft targets, given its combination of high mobility, firepower and defensive capabilities it can annihilate infantry units with ease. Its vulnerabilities are in the joints and against larger caliber munitions, 0.50 BMG and higher.
